Ideal for the first watering when transplanting with Vital Earth’s® Organic Potting Soil. Recommend 1-2 tsp. per gallon.

Apply only with plain water.

Use throughout the grow cycle every 3rd watering in between fertilizing. Use throughout fruit and flower cycle every 4th watering in between fertilizing. Use as the last watering of your garden before plain water is used for the last 2-3 weeks of fruiting and flowering. This is to insure all nutrients are dissolved in the vegetable, fruit, flower, and/or desired vine, shrub, tree, lawn, turf, and/or container media.

May also be used in drip irrigation, raised beds, field crop production, and all farm and gardening application and existing programs. Vital Earth’s® PHC BIOPAK® compliments IPM programs utilized by organic gardening techniques.

Please store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight, and properly reseal after use.

You may return any unopened item purchased from The New Grow Center for any reason within ten (10) days of purchase. This excludes special order, expired or clearance products (Sales on these products are final). There are also no returns on items shipped directly from the manufacturer unless; the return is pre-approved by the vendor. There are no returns on custom mixes, custom cuts (greenhouse poly, shade cloth, etc.) or sale items.

 

Return Handling Fee:

There is a $9.95 handling fee per order for all returns.

 

Unopened Items – 10 Days:

You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment less any applicable discounts, shipping fees, and handling fees.

Damaged Items:

We do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition but, once the package leaves our warehouse, products may shift during shipment causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions by emailing us (info@thenewgrowcenter.com) or call us at 914-344-6101. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging in case your carrier requires an inspection of the damaged package. Items that are “defective” but not covered under warranty will be dealt with on an individual basis. This includes items that broke or stopped working within 30 days. Defective products may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. All items being returned must be clean and intact.

Return Instructions:

Place the items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items. Make a copy of the receipt that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products. Also, include your phone number and return mailing address. Use the mailing address below to address your return shipment. Take the package to your closest UPS or FedEx shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thenewgrowcenter.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
