VENERATE® CG is an insecticide for use against listed insects. Close scouting and early attention to infestations is highly recommended. Proper timing of application targeting newly hatched larvae, nymphs or immature pests is important for optimal results.
Thorough coverage of infested plant parts is necessary for effective control. For some crops, directed drop nozzles by ground machine are required. Under heavy pest populations, use the higher label rates, shorten the spray interval, and increase the spray volume to improve coverage, and/or apply in tank mixture with another product that has activity on the target pest. Repeat applications at an interval sufficient to maintain control, usually 3–10 days depending upon plant growth rate, insect and mite activity, and other factors. If attempting to control an insect population with a single application, make the treatment when egg hatch is essentially complete but before economic damage occurs. The use of adjuvants with VENERATE® CG is not recommended, except to improve control of insect pests in situations where achieving uniform plant coverage is difficult such as closed crop canopy, dense foliage and penetration into waxy leaf surfaces.
Bees and beneficial insects:
- To minimize potential exposure to bees and other pollinating insects, do not apply while bees are foraging.
- Do not allow product to drift to blooming crops or weeds if bees are foraging.
- Minimize spray drift away from the target area to reduce effects to other non-target insects.
VENERATE® CG has been evaluated for toxicity to non-target insects in a variety of bioassays and on a variety of crops under various normal growing conditions. However, testing all beneficial insects, in all situations, mixtures and combinations, is not feasible. Prior to treating entire crop where the release of beneficial insects serve as part of an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program, consult with anextension specialist, a pest control advisor (PCA) or with the product manufacturer.
VENERATE® CG has been evaluated for phytotoxicity on a variety of crops under various normal growing conditions. However, testing all crop varieties, in all mixtures and combinations, is not feasible. Prior to treating entire crop, test a small portion of the crop for sensitivity.
You may return any unopened item purchased from The New Grow Center for any reason within ten (10) days of purchase. This excludes special order, expired or clearance products (Sales on these products are final). There are also no returns on items shipped directly from the manufacturer unless; the return is pre-approved by the vendor. There are no returns on custom mixes, custom cuts (greenhouse poly, shade cloth, etc.) or sale items.
Return Handling Fee:
There is a $9.95 handling fee per order for all returns.

You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment less any applicable discounts, shipping fees, and handling fees.

Damaged Items:
We do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition but, once the package leaves our warehouse, products may shift during shipment causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions by emailing us (info@thenewgrowcenter.com) or call us at 914-344-6101. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging in case your carrier requires an inspection of the damaged package. Items that are “defective” but not covered under warranty will be dealt with on an individual basis. This includes items that broke or stopped working within 30 days. Defective products may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. All items being returned must be clean and intact.
Return Instructions:
Place the items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items. Make a copy of the receipt that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products. Also, include your phone number and return mailing address. Use the mailing address below to address your return shipment. Take the package to your closest UPS or FedEx shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
